Refund Policy

Free Tier

The BCS Sensor (free tier) has no associated charges. No refund applies.

Paid Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise)

All paid plans are billed monthly or annually. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Service Credits

If BCS experiences downtime exceeding our SLA commitments (Enterprise tier), service credits will be applied to the next billing cycle. Credits do not convert to cash refunds.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@botconduct.org with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
