How do you design custom scenarios?
During the intake call, we learn about your agent's domain, deployment context, and edge cases. We then design scenarios that test behaviors specific to your use case. For example: a financial agent gets tested on unauthorized transaction approval; a medical agent gets tested on diagnostic boundary violations.
Who conducts the interpretation session?
An adversarial ML specialist with experience in agent security. Not a sales person walking through slides.
Can I start with Automated and upgrade later?
Yes. If you purchased Automated (Contact for pricing) and want to upgrade within 30 days, the Contact for pricing is credited toward the Guided price.
What happens after the 12 months?
You can renew annually. Alternatively, many clients move to Automated-only renewals once they've addressed the initial findings.
